Welcome! This Tenant Resources page is designed to give residents quick access to the most commonly needed information, tools, and contacts. For full policies and detailed rules, please refer to your property’s official Resident Guide.
Resident Portal
Use the Resident Portal to:
- Pay rent securely online
- Set up automatic payments (Autopay)
- Submit and track maintenance requests
- View balances, charges, and notices
- Update contact information
Rent Payments
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month
- Online payment through AppFolio is strongly recommended.
- Autopay is encouraged to avoid late fees
- Late fees apply after the 5th of the month

Maintenance Requests
Non-Emergency Maintenance
- Submit all non-emergency maintenance requests through the AppFolio Resident Portal
- Typical response time is within 48 hours for standard requests
- Advance notice will be provided prior to unit entry when required
Emergency Maintenance
- For life-threatening emergencies (fire, medical, crime): Call 911 immediately
- For property-related emergencies (flooding, gas leak, lockout, etc.): Contact management immediately
