Carson Palmer is Portfolio Manager at Palmer Construction Company, overseeing multifamily, industrial, storage, and land-development projects in the Tuscaloosa area. He earned a Finance degree with honors from the University of Alabama, where he received the Presidential Scholarship, served as president of the Interfraternity Council, and was inducted into Jason’s Senior Men’s Honorary Society.
Mason Palmer
Builder
Mason Palmer is a licensed Alabama home builder who works on Palmer Construction Company’s build-to-rent homes, townhomes, and apartments. He coordinates trades, material deliveries, schedules, and job-site quality from early construction through completion.
Mason earned a degree in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama in 2022 and joined Palmer Construction full time. He completed eight homes in 2025, his first full year as a licensed builder.
