Carson Palmer
Portfolio Manager
Carson Palmer is Portfolio Manager at Palmer Construction Company, overseeing multifamily, industrial, storage, and land development projects across the Tuscaloosa area. He graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a Finance degree, earning the Presidential Scholarship and Honors College recognition. At Alabama, Carson served as President of the nation's largest Interfraternity Council and was inducted into Jason's Senior Men's Honorary Society. He plans to obtain his builder's license and real estate license to further his expertise. Carson is also passionate about health and longevity, with plans to complete his Biology degree and open health and wellness clinics throughout the Southeast focused on repurposing drugs for chronic disease and researching environmental impacts on mitochondrial health.

Mason Palmer

Mason Palmer is a licensed Alabama home builder and a key member of Palmer Construction Company, a family-owned business based in Tuscaloosa, AL. Specializing in high-quality build-to-rent homes, townhomes, and apartments, he plays a hands-on role in shaping the community by transforming empty spaces into vibrant, welcoming places to live.
On the job site, Mason brings a builder’s eye to daily operations—he sequences trades for seamless progression, stays in constant communication with subcontractors to align efforts, coordinates material deliveries and staging to maintain momentum, and personally oversees craftsmanship to ensure every detail meets high standards. His hands-on leadership drives efficient, high-quality results that stand the test of time.
Mason grew up watching his dad develop properties, which sparked a lifelong passion for construction and community improvement. He gained early experience in the field during high school and college, working on his father’s projects—starting with site cleanup as a teenager, then contributing more actively while learning the ropes on larger multifamily builds.
After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2022 with a degree in Human Environmental Sciences, Mason joined Palmer Construction full-time. He earned his home builder license and quickly made an impact—completing eight homes in his first full year as a licensed builder in 2025.
Looking ahead, Mason plans to obtain his general contractor’s license to expand his impact even further. He thrives on seeing undeveloped lots transform into something meaningful—adding value to Tuscaloosa one project at a time.

Harrison Palmer is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in human-centered disciplines and a deep passion for real estate and community development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between individuals, families, communities, and their environments.
