Before you apply

Student homes (The Station, First & Main, Forest Lake): new residents pay a one-time $500 nonrefundable administration fee per tenant instead of a security deposit; renewing residents do not pay it again. For 2027–28 leases, management-paid metered utilities have an $85 monthly allowance per resident. The home’s combined metered utility charges are divided by its number of bedrooms; amounts above the allowance may be billed as additional rent. Prices are for 2027–28; Forest Lake prices apply to new leases. First & Main’s 2027–28 whole-condo rate is not quoted here. For Forest Lake, contact us for the rate and availability at a specific address.

Pinnacle Park: annual whole-home leases. Pinnacle’s specific furnished 705 listing advertises $4,400/month; the general furnished rate is $4,500/month. They are separate offers.

All communities:$40 application fee per applicant, paid online. Pet friendly with a $750 nonrefundable pet deposit and prior written approval; no pit bulls, Rottweilers or Dobermans. 24/7 local maintenance support. Confirm the specific listing, total due and lease terms with our team before applying.
